Hi All

Its been a while since I posted...but I have been busy working on my son's 1st year book. Here are the latest two layouts I have done. I have his 12 month birthday one and then it is complete...Im so excited that it is done. Ive gotten a little behind. I still haven't started on 2010 at all..so that is next and I have my daughters preschool artwork I wanted to put into a book for her. Usually for my year books, I print out the layout at costco and then put in a creative memories book...but after the last year...I just decided that was too expensive to keep doing. I really only did it as the kids could then look at the book as the year progressed...but I am going to try this year and just bind the book. I have to figure out where I am going to get it printed at. Costco has new books and I am hoping they have a 12x12 size as that is what I scrap in....so Ill have to figure that out soon. Other than that I have made the move over to a mac. My next post will be organizing with picassa on a mac after I have been using acdsee for so long...it was an adjustment. :-) Enjoy the layouts!

New Layout

New Layout

Here is my first layout in PSE 7...it has some new things that I had to get use to and I tried my hand at adding some custom drop shadows and recoloring things :-) I pulled from a lot of different kits to do this one. I even made my own paper! I did the stripped one :-)

Baby Book :-)

Well, I have now officially caught up on my 2009 layouts and now I am working on my baby book for our little boy who is due soon. I thought I would get a head start on it. For my other two girls I have done a traditional baby book and a scrapbook for the 1st year...but for this little guy I decided to combine it all into one digital book. I am so excited to see how it all turns out.

New Look and a layout

Hi All,

Well I have been busy. I updated my blog with this cool new template from sweet shoppe. It had all the images already created for me, I just had to modify the code. It came with the code modification instructions, but they really didn't work that well for me. It came back with errors...so I had to go line by line in the code...boy was that fun :-( I still have to get the post separator to work...as I kind of gave up on that for now.

I also finished a layout so thought I would post it. I am almost through December. I am trying to get caught up before baby #3 arrives...also would like to get started on the baby book...as I am doing it all digital this time around :-)
